Be more Productive... use FOCUS to:


LOG A CALL. You just left a meeting with an important prospect. While you walk to your car you can log the call. Or after an important phone call in your car, you can log the details immediately while they are fresh in your mind (since you haven't been writing down notes while driving). "Hey FOCUS, Log a Call."

FIND. "Hey FOCUS, Find." Need an address or phone number. Want to get a quick summary of the important information on a Contact, Lead, Account, Opportunity, Task, or Appointment? (optional add-ons: Cases, custom objects)

UPDATE. "Hey FOCUS, Update Opportunity." You can update any field on Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Tasks, or Appointments that you are allowed to access (FOCUS uses your Salesforce security profile and permissions).

CALL. "Hey FOCUS, Call Next Appointment." While driving you can make calls and then be prompted to Log your comments for that call into Salesforce.

TEXT. Running late? Send a quick text message. "Hey FOCUS, Text."

LIST TASKS / APPOINTMENTS. What's on your to do list for today, tomorrow, or overdue? "Hey FOCUS, List Tasks Today."

"Hello FOCUS" or "Hey Salesforce" is all you need to say followed by a command.

Inside the FOCUS app (iOS and Android), specialized technology and algorithms keep track of your recent and favorite contacts/leads/accounts. FOCUS dynamically connects to the FOCUS connected app running in your Salesforce org using standard Salesforce OAuth security.

The FOCUS app does instant searching, "Hey FOCUS Find" will prompt you for a name and only bring back records and data fields you are allowed to access based on your Salesforce security profile/permissions and filtered by the selections made by your Salesforce Admin for each FOCUS command.

FOCUS for Salesforce is available on an annual, user-based license for Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, and Professional.
